This document ("Client Engagement Standards") establishes the mutual expectations, rights, and responsibilities between clients ("Client," "you," or "your") and Acme Property Solutions ("Acme," "we," "us," or "our").

Your decision to engage with Acme's services indicates acceptance of these standards in their entirety. If any provision herein is unacceptable to you, we respectfully request that you refrain from utilizing our services.

FUNDAMENTAL UNDERSTANDING

SCOPE OF RELATIONSHIP

Acme Property Solutions provides real estate services including property acquisition, management, renovation, and investment consultation. Our specific offerings may evolve over time, and current service details are available upon request.

COMMUNICATION FRAMEWORK

All communications between Acme and clients will be conducted professionally and respectfully. We may contact you through email, telephone, text messaging, postal mail, or digital platforms. By engaging our services, you consent to receive communications through these channels.

REPRESENTATION PARAMETERS

Unless explicitly stated in a separate written agreement, Acme serves as an independent service provider and not as your legal representative, financial advisor, or fiduciary. We encourage consultation with appropriate licensed professionals regarding legal, tax, and financial matters.

PROMOTIONAL REFERENCE

Unless you indicate otherwise, we may identify you as a client and reference our work together in marketing materials, case studies, or proposals. We will not disclose confidential transaction details without your permission.

RISK ALLOCATION

SERVICE ASSURANCES

ACME PROVIDES SERVICES "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

LIABILITY LIMITATIONS

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

ACME SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO OUR SERVICES OR THESE STANDARDS.OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM OUR SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE SPECIFIC SERVICE GIVING RISE TO SUCH CLAIM DURING THE SIX (6) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY.

INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Acme Property Solutions and its personnel from claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

DIGITAL ENGAGEMENT

ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS

You consent to electronic delivery of notices, policies, and records related to your transactions with us. You may withdraw this consent for future communications by notifying us in writing.

ONLINE SERVICES

If you access our services through digital platforms, additional terms may apply to your use of those platforms. You are responsible for maintaining the security of any account credentials and for all activities occurring under your account.

RELATIONSHIP TIMELINE DURATION

These Standards remain in effect for the duration of your engagement with Acme Property Solutions and, where applicable, survive the completion of specific services.

TERMINATION OPTIONS

Either party may terminate the service relationship as follows:

Client-Initiated Termination: You may terminate by providing written noticeAcme-Initiated Termination: We may terminate if you breach these Standards, fail to pay for services, or engage in fraudulent or illegal activitiesMutual Agreement: Both parties may agree to terminate at any time

POST-TERMINATION MATTERS

Following termination:

You remain responsible for payment of services rendered prior to terminationAny confidentiality obligations continue according to their termsCertain provisions will survive as necessary to give effect to their intent

CONFLICT RESOLUTION

GOVERNING PRINCIPLES

These Standards shall be interpreted according to the laws of the state where Acme Property Solutions is headquartered, without regard to conflict of law principles.

DISPUTE NAVIGATION PROCESS

In the event of disagreements:

Direct Discussion: Parties will first attempt good-faith negotiationMediation: If direct discussion fails, parties agree to non-binding mediationBinding Resolution: Any unresolved disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitrationForum Selection: Proceedings shall occur in the county where Acme is headquarteredIndividual Claims Only: All disputes will be resolved on an individual basis

ADMINISTRATIVE PROVISIONS

STANDARDS MODIFICATION

Acme may update these Standards periodically. Changes become effective upon posting on our website or direct notification. Your continued use of our services following modification constitutes acceptance of the revised Standards.

AGREEMENT COMPLETENESS

These Standards, together with any specific service agreements and our Personal Information Safeguarding Guidelines, constitute the entire understanding between you and Acme regarding our services.

PROVISION SEVERABILITY

If any provision is deemed unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.

WAIVER LIMITATIONS

No failure to enforce any provision shall constitute a waiver of such provision or any other provision.

ASSIGNMENT RESTRICTIONS

You may not transfer your rights or obligations under these Standards without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights to any affiliate or successor entity.
